HOW IT WORKS
Join us every Tuesday at 09:15 in Watchfield Village Hall during term time. Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothing for a session that begins with grounding breaths, allowing you to reconnect with your body.
Each week focuses on different body areas to ensure a holistic approach. The session includes gentle mobilisation, dynamic stretches as well as light resistance exercises to improve range of motion, flexibility, and aid muscle recovery.
All fitness levels are welcome—invest in your well-being and join us for a revitalising session.
